New Moon

I thought this might belong on the family blog....... The first New Moon trailer is out!

And on a related note, my friend Ami sent me this video that is worth watching:

Tee hee.

Obviously, some pictures taken by a crazed fan in Italy with a telephoto lens (thank you by the way!).
More then anything with this next movie, I am dying to see how the do the Volturi stuff, I really hope it's cool, I kind of think it will be. 5 months and counting...

YAY!!!!! I am seriously so excited. So excited in fact that after I watched the trailer for the first time I decided to re-read the book. And I must say it was better the second time around. I think knowing the outcome made it more bearable while he was gone. Haha. I am really excited for the movie, I hope they do a good job. I think the Jacob wolf looks awesome! I am also interested to see the Volturi.

I thought the book was better the second time, too. The only one I haven't read twice is "Breaking Dawn". I guess I better get on that. I'm really excited for the movie! I bet they do a good job with the Volturi stuff, too, and it looks like the wolves are going to be good, as well. Yay!
Thanks for the post, Ems.

I just had to laugh at myself for a second. When I watched the photos I thought at first they were paparazzi photos of him on vacation or something! You know, like everybody does...stepping out of your Italian villa in the morning, taking off your shirt, standing weird...I figured it out pretty quickly though. But Em's comments about a crazed fan had me going in that direction.

Does Robert have weird spots on his face and back?
Anyway--
I like the Jake Wolf too! I've always had a nondescript image of the wolves in my head while reading these books, they resemble a sketch out of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark more then real wolves. Hopefully getting a movie of them will help that.
I've always enjoyed reading books again and again and usually like them better the second time. New Moon was definitely more enjoyable second time around (a little more relaxing -as was Breaking Dawn). I've read them all 3 times -except BD, that one only twice. I'm not sure if at this point I am going to re read this book for the movie, I'm leaning more towards no but you never know.
Haha Cat- he does stand weird there, but I guess he's preparing to die.
The birthday scene looks a little weird and unnatural, but I guess it's pieced together. I do like the over all look of the movie, I think we are going to like this director better. Laurant was pretty cool.

Haha about Cat's comment!! It took me a second to figure it out too. That's a pretty intense moment in the book. Even reading it a second time, I was like "she's never going to get there in time, ahhh!!" Yeah, it was fun reading it again. I have read Twilight twice and I just read New Moon and Eclipse(awesomeness) again this week. I had never re-read them! It was so fun! I want to re-read BD next. I like it, I don't know why people hated it so much. I thought it was a good ending. I would like some more though! We are obsessed....sigh.

i don't know about the spots. I don't think he really has them...I hope not! What's with all the people standing in the way? Was this a rehearsal? Or are the camera angles just crazy.

Yeah just behind the scenes so you can see the camera guys I guess. I don't know. He's not supposed to be in a doorway, he's in an alley way under the clock tower. Hmm. Oh well.

I am very excited as you all are. The books were so amazing. I don't think Robert Pattison is all that cute. It is gross he rarely washes his hair. The wolf was pretty cool. Times have changed since the old movie "American Werewolf in London".

I think Pattison is an awesome Edward, and I love his hair (I still think Adam Lambert would make a good Edward, but Pattison is good too). Also, Ames, those photos are taken from like 6 different angles, so they were probably there watching for a while, and the long shots where Bella is running aren't crowded, but the kissing scene is probably a close up, so that's why everyone is right there. Video crews can get really close up. I should know, I live with one.
