"THIS IS IT"
Here is a pic of Stanley/Neil/Chester at 4 weeks, 2 days. Pretty cute, huh!
Mom hates Stanley for the lamest reason. She thinks of Stan Laural when she hears Stanley. I think Stanley is the NAME, but don't know if I can get mom on board. Got a week. I am going to get him next Tuesday. I hope he has ears.
What's wrong with that? On an episode of the Dick Van Dyke Show, they got two pet ducks and named them Oliver and Stanley. Rob and Laura never explained it, but Dick Van Dyke later did saying they were named as a little homage to Laurel and Hardy because he is a big fan. Is mom a Stanley Laurel hater?
Mom is still hardcore against Stanley as a name. I may lose to Chester. Got an email from the owner and we are set up for a Tuesday at 11 am pickup. Whoowhoo!

I really don't think Neil is a good dog name. I think you should go with Stanley if it's between those two.

I bought his white cotton blanket today. Getting ready for the invasion of the dog creature.
