Nacho Libre!!!!

Ok, I can't get a single bipping photo to download to put into this blog, so just Google Image Nacho Libre and look at the 3rd picture. I love it. Done? Great.

I saw this video in the theatre while sitting next to Tyler Huff. It was one of the earliest activities that Matt and I ever hung out at, and I really wanted to sit next to him, but I had brought my little sister and Tyler snagged the spot on my other side. If you know Tyler, you know why this wasn't ideal. If you don't know Tyler, he finds almost everything funny, is very loud, and laughs until his lips turn bright blue. I heard maybe 10% of the movie that first time, but I believe I got to see it with Matt after it came out on video... so again, I paid attention to about 10% of it :-) It is now a Wright classic, and I couldn't believe my good fortune that it hadn't been done yet! We watched that song scene with Scott about 20 times one night.

So anyways, Alex won!!! Whoo hoo!!!! We must be on a similar wavelength because I think you almost always win when it's my turn. I can't believe you got it from the first quote! Well done sir. Matt got it next from the second quote, Dad got it from the giveaways, and Cat got it just a little bit ago, and said that she saw the song scene yesterday, and that was all, so wow! Good timing! Oh, and good thing I checked my Facebook right before I posted because Amy just got it. Good work!

Alex, I vote we keep my playlist up. Please and thank you.

Whoops, sorry! My brain's not working too well today :-) Daylight savings still has it jumbled up.

Well, I take my comment in the other thread back. I've seen it. I'm even friends with Jared Hess. Ugh! Totally need to see it again. Thanks for the reminder about it.

Boy Dan, if I knew Jared too I would totally tell on you.
I have never seen this movie which is lame.

I am liking B's playlist myself and is on board for having another go at it this week. She managed to find a King of Limb's song which I was unable to do a few weeks ago for my playlist. Go B!

Em you must watch it immediately. It gets better every time you see it. The first time you are like, "eh, that was a funny movie." Then it just gets better and better. One of the most quotable movies ever. "I believe in science!" or
"I hate all the orphans in the whole world!" Some of my personal favorites.

Haha, I love all the things that be blame our brain rumbles on: prego brain, daylight savings jumbleness, to name two. I am going to start blaming them on Canadians. Why not?
Haley, that deleted comment was you accidentally posting your comment signed in as Marcus again wasn't it? hehe
I love how much of a hard time we give Alex about his playlist! This family rules. And so does Nacho Libre.
I have to second Haley on those two favorite quotes. I also have to add a few that I quote all the time:

"GET THAT CORN OUTTA MY FACE!!"

"They think I do not know a buttload of crap about the Gospel, but I do! "

"beneath the clothes, we find a man... and beneath the man we find... his... nucleus." (the way he says nucleus and the look on his face is priceless. Well, I would probably pay ten bucks for the dvd, but would rather find it on the 5 dollar rack)

"Hug hug, kiss kiss, hug hug, big kiss, little hug, kiss kiss, little kiss. "

"I ate some bugs, I ate some grass, I used my hand, to wipe my tears."

Haha Matt you are spot on. I did delete that Marcus comment. :) The nucleus quote is so great. The way he says it, like you said, is so so funny. Oh and I'm all for blaming Canadians. :)

Definitely a movie you need to more than once, like Haley said. It's time to see it again. All the above mentioned quotes are awesome. I'm terrible at quoting movies (just check out the win totals for this game to see how bad I am at this game), but I love the toast scene, too. I think it's pretty funny that it's our former bishop's (Baldwin) favorite movie.
