Sunday's With Sue

Pet Sematary! First, I really want to apologize to Matt. I'm sorry little bro! I wanted to do a scary movie one in honor of Halloween, and I knew pretty much all of us had seen this one. Maybe I should have used The Shining or Ghostbusters. And I guess using a quote from "she who shall not be named" was down right mean. Think of it as pay back from when you scared me, Booker, Kyle and Annie while we were watching Watcher in the Woods last year!

Em guessed it first, you're back on top Em! Then Cat, then B, B was pretty excited that she finally knew one of the movies. Then Matt, then Dad snuck in his answer early this morning! I think Dad only got it based on the comment Matt left on the previous Sunday's With Sue posting.

Here is this week's quote from a movie:

We're family, we're gonna be doing lots of dumb stuff together. Wait til Christmas!

You got me again, Sue on this weeks quote. I am just slow at this stuff. You were Wright that I got the Pet Cematery quote from reading Matt going off on the movie in his comments. All's almost fair, huh!!!

I have a request for the movie quote contests that rated R movies shouldn't be included because I don't watch them and neither does my mom so that really is kind of an unfair advantage. So food for thought. I think I know the next one, it sounds very familiar.

I'll think about it Haley. Hee, hee just kidding. I'll seriously try to remember. With this one though, you guys should have been able to guess it based on the comments of the last posting and the hint I added about Matt.

Haleys got a good point about the R rated movie quotes. It will limit my pool of resorces, but that's okay because it is Wright!

Oh I knew what it was because Matt said that I hadn't seen it and I figured that it was scary so I just guessed it was that but I didn't make an official guess.

Apology excepted. No worries. I think about this movie almost daily anyway, so what's the big deal?

I'm glad you're not mad at me bro sauce. You seriously think of that movie almost daily? That really sucks. Maybe you could get hypnotized or something and get the memory repressed! Like they did in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind!

And to you non R rated movie people. I'm mostly pulling movies from the Wright Family Classics list which mostly contains non R rated movies. Although there are a few. But I was thinking about it, there are a lot of R rated movies that they edit and show on cable. So to say you'd never get to see it because it is rated R is a bunch of hooey! For instance, I know for a fact dad has scene Pulp Fiction on cable. It must only be about 5 minutes long with all the editing they had to do.

Yes, I have seen some on TV such as Gladiator and The Green Mile but that's pretty much it.

Does it bother anyone else seeing Pascow on here everytime we log in??
Yes, I think about it pretty much daily. Although, what I said on my blog on my Myspace is true about Zelda not really scaring me much anymore. Ever since we watched it in Ems basement with B I have been doing pretty good. When I'm alone in the dark I will start to think of it, but then I just go "eh... I'm over that."
It's quite nice!

It totally bothers me Matt to see Pascow everytime I logged on. And I'm the one that put him there! I guess I should have chosen the scary cat one instead. Sorry again!

Pascow bothered me way more than Zelda did. For about 2 years after I saw the movie in the theater, I had a hard time driving alone, especially at night. I was totally afraid of looking in my rear view mirror.

Ooops! I got side tracked and almost forgot the Wednesday hint. Most of you have gotten it, but I haven't heard from a couple of you. Here is the hint quote:

Brothers don't shake hands....brothers gotta hug!

Sorry I am so dumb. Who or what is Pascow? A cow in a pasture?

It's Pascal. Creepy ghost on Pet Sematary. He's pictured on the cover. He scarred me for life.
